Father God, help me be an authentic Christian today. Do not allow me to re-crucify Christ before the world with my words, my actions, or my deeds. Help me to demonstrate the love of Christ at all times; in all I do.

Help my words to be kind, even if that means I don’t speak. Help my deeds to be with the right motives, even if that means no one else sees what I do. Help my thoughts to be in line with Your word and Your will for my life, even if Your word and Your will are not in line with my plans.

Help me to be honest with myself today and to judge myself rightly. Lord, show me my shortfalls so that by Your grace and Your mercy, I may begin to correct my ways. Help me Lord to be an authentic Christian. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
