Lord, I can’t believe that this year is almost over. Only three months are left! Where did the days go?!
As I look back over the year, it seems like it’s a blur. One day blends into the next. One crisis was replaced by another. One project, one deadline, or one goal was handed off to another, and I don’t feel like I’ve accomplished anything.
Lord God, forgive me for not utilizing my days more effectively. Forgive me for not paying attention to what was going on in my life and putting more focus on the things You asked me to do for Your kingdom here on earth.
God, forgive me for not being more diligent about fulfilling Your purpose for me by allowing other things to take priority in my life.
Thank you, Lord, for Your grace and Your mercy, and another opportunity to get it right. In Jesus name, I pray. Amen.
