Prayer for Today

 

February 22, 2018

Father God, I’m use to allowing anger, low self-esteem, past hurts and pains to stop me from doing great things. I have allowed these issues to overtake me in so many areas, but today I say, “No more!”

I am fine just the way I am. During the next 40 days, I am going to allow myself to love me the way you love me. With all the cracks and creases life has left in me, I’m still wonderfully created by you Lord, and I will no longer let all that other stuff dictate who I am and what I can do.

I am free to operate in the truth of your plan for me. I will live above mediocrity. I move forward in Christ Jesus. I pray, believing, in Jesus’ name. Amen.
