“For we also have had the gospel preached to us, just as they did; but the message they heard was of no value to them, because those who heard did not combine it with faith.” Hebrews 4:2

Going to church is good. Reading your bible is good. Studying your bible is even better. But, without doing something once you’ve heard what God has to say, is not enough.

Truly operating in faith means that you do something. You put what you’ve heard into action! God wants to know what are you doing, not what are you hearing!

“In the same way, faith by itself, if it is not accompanied by action, is dead.” James 2:17

Prayer:

Father, help me to live out my faith in action today. In Jesus name. Amen.
