Lord, with everything going on, I have taken my focus off of You and put it on COVID-19, the Black Lives Matter Movement, and police reform. I have missed opportunities to move forward on tasks You’ve given me. I’ve taken time away from You so that I could watch more news.
Father God, help me push past my disappointment in myself and help me to walk free today, being obedient to what You have for me. Free me from my anger with myself so that I can walk on the path You have designed for me.
Do not allow my fear, doubt, pride, or uncertainty to stop me from moving forward in You and for You. Lord, there is nothing in my life that is more important than fulfilling Your designated plan for me.
Father, I know that it is by faith that I will please You. By faith, I know You will bless me for working to renew my mind in the things of God. I know You will not forsake me, and all Your words are working to change me for the better.
In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen
