Lord God, every day someone or some industry is telling me who I am, how I should feel, and what I should do. All too often I allow their words to override Your word in my mind and in my heart. I end up believing their truths rather than affirming myself in The Truth. I end up speaking words of this world system, rather than the words of The Truth.

Your word says that the power of life and death lies in the tongue. It also says that as I think so am I. Therefore, today I resolve to say about me what You say about me.

I am blessed with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ because I have been chosen by you to be Your child. I am accepted by You because I am Your workmanship. I am an heir to Your promises, and I am rooted and grounded in love.

I am blessed everywhere I go, and I am victorious in everything I do. I do not concern myself with people’s slanderous talk, for their words will pass away, but Your words to me and about me will never pass away.

Father, Your eyes are upon me, for I have right standing with You, and Your ears are attentive to my prayers. Despite what others may say I declare that everything You say about me in Your Word is true and I will walk therein.

In Jesus name, I pray. Amen.
