Lord, there are so many things going on in the world that distract me. The distractions cause me to look away from You and, before I know it, I have allowed the distractions to become my focus, and I am more involved in the distraction than I am involved with the assignments You have given me. Forgive me!
I am determined to get on and stay on track. I am putting my priorities in proper order, and I will not allow distractions to take my time away from important things. Lord, help me stay focused, prioritize things in the order You set up for me, and accomplish everything You’ve set before me to do.
In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen!
