Father God, please forgive me for not being diligent and working on the assignments You have given me.
Lord, You have set me free from the law of sin and death, yet I choose to live as if I am still bound to the dead things of this world. You have freed me to walk in the fullness of Your word, but I’m content watching the foolishness on TV and the internet rather than chasing after You.
Help me walk in the freedom that Jesus won for me. Free my mind and my spirit to have an intimate relationship with You through Christ Jesus. Free my mind to please You rather than myself. Free me from being concerned about what others may think of me. Free me to focus on the tasks You’ve given me.
Father, help me walk in the freedom that comes from knowing that all my sins are forgiven. No condemnation, guilt, or shame can control me. I have been set free by the Son of God; therefore, now and always, I am free! In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
