God, I have prayed and prayed and still no real movement from you. Some days I feel like I’m wasting my time. Then I see a glimmer of hope through what seems like eternal darkened skies and I know that you are still with me.
Whether you do what I think you should do or not, I know you haven’t left me. Whether I feel your presence or not, I know you’re with me. I am so thankful that your presence in my life doesn’t rest on how obedient I’ve been to you; rather, it rests on how much you love me. Thank you for loving me in spite of me.

I understand what David meant when he said, “…even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me…” My finances, relationships, business or job may not be going the way I want them to, but you are still with me. You will never leave me nor forsake me.

No matter what I do or where I go, you Lord God, are with me. Whether my path is clear or cloudy, you are always there. Knowing you are always with me is a comforting thought in the midst of all that I’m going through right now. Thank you for being my God and allowing me to be your child. I thank you for being my friend.

In Jesus name I pray. Amen.
