Lord God, our nation needs your help to return to You. Return to doing things out of love for You, ourselves, and each other. Help us back to being one nation under God. Help us return to living in peace with our neighbors. Help us to be faithful to You and Your word.
Please help us to be gentle with one another, caring with sympathy and empathy. Lord, we have strayed from Your core character trait, which his love, for You are Love. Help us return to You. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
