Father God, I thank you for always being with me. No matter what I go through, I know you will never leave me nor forsake me.
During times when I feel alone and lonely, I know you are with me. During times when I feel misunderstood and cast away by others, I know you are with me. During times when it seems like everything is going wrong, I am comforted in knowing that you are here with me.
Lord, there are days when it seems I’m going to be overwhelmed by outside forces, when I don’t think I can take one more piece of bad news or that life is just too hard. On these days Lord, you seem so far away. Remind me, you are always with me.
There are days that I pray and it feels like you don’t hear me. I pray and my prayers hit the ceiling and go nowhere else. On these days remind me that I am precious and honored by you because you love me and, you will never leave my side.
Thank you, Lord for always being with me, even when it doesn’t feel like it because that’s when I need you the most. In Jesus name I pray, amen.
