Today Father, regardless of what is going on, I proclaim that I will not suffer at the hands of the ungodly but, I will say of the Lord, He is my master, my strength, my hope, and my glory. He is the lifter of my head.

You, Lord God, will protect me when trouble is going on around me. You will not let me stay down even if I stumble and fall. I will rise again.

You Father are the God of all creation. You are my stronghold, my helper and my guide; what can mere man do to me? Things may look bleak and difficult, but I will not allow despair to overtake me. I am more than a conqueror through Jesus Christ. I will proclaim your word over my life, situations and circumstances today.

I will remain stable and fixed in my faith. I will be like a tree planted by streams of water. I will not be moved by the things that are going on. I will trust in the Lord with all my heart and lean not to my own understanding.

Father, I ask to hear from you. I know you have heard my cries for help; please answer me and show yourself strong in my life today.

In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
