You never have to quit!
You never have to give up!
You may have to take a step back, reassess and change your direction but, you do not have to quit.
You may have to add advisors and change your game plan, but you do not have to quit.
You may have to tweek your time line or revise your outcome forecast but, you do not have to quit.
Adjusting and allowing for change, growth or downsizing while you’re in the midst of a project is wisdom at work. Quitting because things aren’t going your way, is a sign of immaturity and small mindedness.

Reassess but don’t quit
Reformulate but don’t quit
