“Then he said to him, ‘Rise and go; your faith has made you well.”’ Luke 17:19

In the gospels of Matthew, Mark and Luke, no less than ten times, Jesus said to people who had come for healing or deliverance for themselves or someone else, “Your faith has saved you/healed you/made you well.”

Either before or after Jesus pronounced their healing or deliverance, he told the person to, “Go”. In other words, by faith, you received what you needed, now go and let other people see what faith in God did for you.

When our faith in God has given us what we want, need or desire, we need to “go” and tell someone what God has done for us by faith. We need to encourage other people to have faith in God! We need to testify about the power of faith!

‘“Have faith in God,’ Jesus answered.” Mark 11:22

Prayer:

Father God, forgive me for not going and telling others about what faith in you has done for me. Help me Lord to testify about your goodness and how faith in you has made a change in me. In Jesus name I pray. Amen.
